Thus, the management of data and its storage that can be easily accessible and handled by AI algorithms is crucial to processing data accurately.

3.Interoperability

Numerous manufacturers develop IoT devices with distinct protocols and standards. Incorporating AI algorithms in these devices becomes difficult in different situations, creating interoperability issues while processing data extracted from IoT devices. Therefore, it is crucial to generate common protocols and guidelines to build AI-powered IoT successfully.

4.Security

Data privacy and security are major concerns for businesses. IoT devices, when incorporated with AI, are frequently deployed in insecure environments, which, in turn, puts them at risk of cyber threats and cyber-attacks.
