Reasons to Choose Remote

There are several reasons both companies and software engineers are exploring remote work:

  • Not having to commute to and from work saves employees time, money, and travel exhaustion. Less exhausted employees are more productive.
  • Companies don’t have to rent expensive working spaces.
  • Employees have the flexibility to be present at home and be instantly available for family emergencies.
  • Companies can fill in positions more quickly, especially in light of the developer shortage.
  • Employees have the ability to work from different locations.
  • Employees saving time on commute also gives them more time to rest and focus on self-care after work hours, leading to a better work-life balance.
